COVID-19 coronavirus – Latest information relating to ALL Pilates classes

In line with the latest information from the Government to avoid non-essential gatherings and contact with others in an effort to slow the progression of the coronavirus I regret to inform you that all group Pilates classes are suspended until further notice.

In terms of refunds I can offer you two options; either a full refund for the remainder of this term’s classes or, (preferred) class credits for when classes resume hopefully later this year.

Despite these latest measures, the importance of continuing to take regular exercise was emphasised by the Government in today’s announcement. Until advice is given to the contrary, I will still be continuing all one-to-one and one-to-two (etc) classes as normal while taking all the necessary health and hygiene precautions. For my existing group clients I will be offering a discount from my current prices found here. If this is something that would interest you then please don’t hesitate to contact me. Places are subject to availability. In addition, I hope to release some online Pilates instruction videos which you could access during this time.

Pilates classes – New evening classes in Ledbury starting 26 February 2019

I am very excited to be opening up a new time slot for Pilates classes in Ledbury on Tuesday evenings from 18:00 to 19:00 starting 26 February 2019. The classes are for anyone who has recent experience practicing Pilates.

If you’re new to Pilates and interested in getting started, you can still qualify to attend these sessions by attending my series of four one-to-one Beginner Classes. These teach the basic principles, the language and terminology and will allow you to learn how your body works and introduce you to a basic Pilates workout.

Pilates classes – Private beginner courses available over the summer!

Attending regular Pilates classes can significantly improve your health, but getting started in a group environment can sometimes feel a bit daunting. My one-to-one beginner courses comprise a postural analysis and four private lessons tailored to your own personal requirements. They cover the foundational principles of Pilates and are usually sufficient to set you up with the ability and confidence to then join in with my regular group class sessions.
